Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please allow 7-10 business days for your monogrammed items to be personalized and for your order to be shipped.  Items in your order may ship at different times and from different third-party fulfillment centers.

All orders are shipped via ground shipping (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS First-Class, or USPS Priority Mail) unless the customer has paid for a shipping upgrade when the order has been placed.

 

RETURN POLICY & REFUNDS

Personalized items may not be returned or refunded. Gift certificates may not be returned or refunded.

To complete a return for non-personalized or non-custom items, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Mayfly and Junebug Designs. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that we can sign for your shipment and verify receipt of your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or fulfillment center.  All items to be returned must be shipped directly to Mayfly and Junebug Designs.

Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 business days, please check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company/bank. It may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale are final sales.

EXCHANGES

We only replace/exchange items that are damaged during shipping. If this occurs, please keep all original product and packaging. Take photos of the shipping container/box and the damaged item and send to us via email at service@mayflyandjunebug.com.  It may be necessary for you to return the item(s) and/or packaging to Mayfly and Junebug Designs, so please do not discard anything from these shipments.

If you believe that we have made a mistake on your order, please contact us at service@mayflyandjunebug.com as soon as possible, and provide photos of the item(s) in question.  If the error is due to a mistake by Mayfly and Junebug Designs or by one of our manufacturers or fulfillment centers, we will correct your order as soon as possible.
